ORANGE, Calif. – Friend Communications once again expands the portfolio of software options it can offer its customers thanks to a strategic alliance with Cottonwood Software, LLC. Cottonwood’s locally-installed Campground Master front office and property management system will integrate with the Friend online booking engine, offering RV parks and campgrounds yet another solution for front office operations.

With the partnership, Cottonwood Software will benefit from Friend’s marketing efforts. The Friend sales people will add Campground Master to their portfolio of front office and property management solutions for RV parks and campgrounds. Campground Master customers will not notice a change in the software or support, but they will receive enhanced benefits from the Friend online booking engine, as well as increased exposure on Camping.com and the Friend network.

The move comes in response to evolving consumer expectations and the desire to deliver a new level of customer service for Marina visitors and mooring lessees. Hercules Marine was selected after an extensive RFP process and the review of proposals from a variety of very capable vendors.
